Game Report for the Weekend 11/3
On Saturday, we played Pacific White at home.  We welcomed our newest player, Kyla, and christened Cami in the goal.  We controlled the ball extremely well, despite playing at the Dana Hills Grazing Ranch, and finishing with a 3-0 result.

On Sunday, we started League Cup Pool Play. The first game was against Long Beach USC.  In the first "rain" of the soccer season, we tied the game 0-0, despite controlling the tempo of the game.

In the second game against Desert United, we started slow, but eventually dominated the tempo of the game, and won easily 3-0.

As a quirk of fate, LBUSC also defeated Desert United 3-0.  Therefore the tie break rules of competition had to be followed.  We had to go to the 6th tiebreaker, team number.  The team with the higher number in odd years, wins the tie break.  We play silver pool play next Sunday.

Next weekend will be another busy weekend, with an away game versus OSC at Jordan Elementary on Saturday, and League Cup games on Sunday at 12:30pm and 3:30pm.  The League Cup games are at the Whittier Soccer Complex.  Check Game Schedules and Directions for link to CSL directions.

OJSC and PSCS were the only two teams in our bracket to advance to the next pool.
